Desserts with pears: some recipes

Without doubt, the desserts with pears are among the most loved by the whole family.

Genuine, fragrant and tasty, they are a real treat and brighten up even the grayest autumn and winter days.

Of course, not all varieties of pears are suitable for every preparation, though the recipes are really plentiful and you will certainly find one that suits your favorite quality. Just keep in mind that the juiciness of the fruit affects the consistency of the dough, and choose accordingly.

Sweets and biscuits with pears and ricotta

The main feature of desserts with pears and ricotta is a delicate flavor and a soft texture that exploits the sweetness of the fruit and the creaminess of fresh cheese.

Tarts with a velvety filling, soft cakes suitable for breakfast and snack, or pear and ricotta mousse to be enjoyed as a dessert at the end of a meal.

With pears and ricotta, however, you can even make these delicious biscuits, which are very quick to do.

The recipe and the ingredients are really simple: just mix an equal amount of flour and ricotta with a little sugar using a fork and add pear cubes to the mixture. To flavor everything you can choose vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon.

When they are golden brown, remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool and sprinkle them with icing sugar.

Sweet recipes with pears and chocolate

Much has been written about the heavenly combination of pears and chocolate, but there are no words that can fully describe its yumminess.

There are really many sweet recipes with pears and chocolate: if you prefer traditional desserts with a rustic touch, the ideal is a tart with chocolate filling, covered with slices of pear sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.

To satisfy a sudden craving for sweet, we recommend some bundles filled with pears and chocolate chips that you can make with ready-made puff pastry, in no time.

Finally, even the most refined guest will be delighted by a cocoa cream served with thin slices of pear sautéed in butter and brown sugar. To really make a great impression, crash up some amaretto biscuits on the cup before serving.
